Chad Fourman
For the past 16 years, Chad Fourman has been one of the first teachers to introduce Mason sixth graders to the band program. He enjoys providing the opportunity for these young students to learn how to play an instrument and watching them grow and succeed as musicians through the years, and he especially appreciates teaching in Mason where he has the support of his colleagues, the district, and parents.
Chad earned his bachelor’s degree in music education from Wright State University and his master’s degree in music education from the University of Dayton. His first teaching position was in the Franklin City School District. During his time at Mason, Chad has assisted with the marching band and color guard programs in addition to teaching. When he is not at school, Chad enjoys cooking and working in his yard.
