Fundraising Committees

Tag Day: Volunteers to drive a small group of 4-6 students to a nearby neighborhood and supervise them while they walk door to door collecting donations is our biggest need! We also need help to check in drivers, hand out packets to drivers; run more supplies to drivers out in the community; collect packets upon return to the school at the end of the day.

Flower Sales: Assist during our Spring, Fall, & Holiday flower sales with unloading products from the trucks when they arrive at the school and transporting them to the small commons to be set up for parents to pick up. Also, assist in the handing out of products during the designated pick up time.

Sponsorship: Assist the committee chair in the effort of contacting and maintaining existing sponsors, as well as contacting new sponsors to request financial support of the band.

Dine and Donate: Chair and co-chairs coordinate with local businesses for band families/the community to support their business who then in turn donates a portion of the proceeds to the band. Examples of previous dine and donates are Canes, Chick-Fil-A, & Chipotle.
