2. Log into Final Forms http://masonohioschools.com and add “Coed Winter Guard” as a new activity to the student’s profile. We only have 12 students signed up so far in Final Forms. (The physician’s form is not needed for Auditions, however, if the student becomes a member of the WG, the physician’s form must then be printed off, signed by a physician, and turned in by Dec 15th).

3. Please wear exercise clothing close to the body so it is not caught during dancing or flag movement at the clinics. Bring your own water jug.

4. If you currently have a color guard rifle you may bring it but it is not required.

5. If you did not pick up the information packet at the WG meeting that contains the required Audition Form, please email Andy Acheson at achesona@masonohioschools.com.

Photo Pick-up at Awards Night

Be sure to stop by the Photo Committee table before or after the awards presentations. Individual portrait orders, buttons, and Panoramic orders will all be there waiting to be picked up.

Medication Pick-up at Awards Night

If you turned in medication anytime this year for Marching Band, please plan to pick it up at Awards Night on Monday Nov 27th. Even if the medication bottle/box/package is empty, we prefer that parents pickup their student's medication bag so that you can discard it or save for next year to re-use. If your student is participating in another program this year (Winter Guard, Wind Symphony) for which travel is planned, you can leave 'as needed' medication with us if it still applies. Fall Fundraiser Pick-up

Thank you so much to all that participated in the Fall Band Fundraiser this year! We profited almost $13,000 for our amazing band program!

Don't forget to pick up your cookie dough and citrus orders for you and your customers this Thursday, 11/30 from 6-9 pm at the Mason High School Small Commons (by the bus circle)

We are not able to store any items or make refunds so PLEASE pick them up or have a friend/neighbor pick them up for you if you are not able to. Any unclaimed items will be donated to the local food pantry.

New this year: We will have some cookie dough, popcorn, chocolate lava cakes and boxes of citrus for sale at the pick-up night. Please bring cash or check with you on pick up night if you are interested in any additional products for yourself or a teacher or hostess gift!

We are still in need of volunteers to help on Thursday night if you can please sign up in Charms if you are able to help out that afternoon or evening.
