• Marching Band Awards Night, 6:00 pm, High School Auditorium

Thursday, November 30

• Fall Fundraiser Pick-up, 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, High School Small Commons

• MMS Winter Guard Meeting, 7:00 pm, High School Band Room

WMHS Winter Guard Audition Clinics

Auditions for the Competitive Winter Guard begin on November 27th  in the Large Commons.

• Students wishing to audition must bring their audition application form signed by a parent/guardian.  If you did not pick up the information packet at the WG meeting, please email Andy Acheson at achesona@masonohioschool.com.

• Student should also log into Final Forms at http://www.masonohioschools.com/ and add “Coed Winter Guard” as a new activity to the student’s profile.  (If the student becomes a member of the WG,  the physician’s form must then be printed off, signed by a physician, and turned in by Dec 15th).

• Please wear exercise clothing close to the body so it is not caught during dancing or flag movement at the clinics.

MMS Winter Guard

Parent/Potential Member Meeting will be on November 30th at 7pm in the High School Band Room.

Committee Chair Needed: 2018 Feed the Band

We are currently looking for a 2018 Feed the Band Committee Chair, who is responsible for overseeing arrangements to feed the band. If you are interested in this position, please contact president@masonbandboosters.com.

Next Booster Meetings: 12/14 and 1/4

Please note, the next Booster Meetings are scheduled for:

• Thursday, December 14, 2017 at 7:00 pm, and

• Thursday, January 4, 2018 at 7:00 pm.

At the December 14 meeting, we will be voting on our 2018 Board.
