MSBA Championship: Volunteers Needed!

The MSBA Championship is this Saturday, November 4! There are still 121 volunteer shifts to be filled, along with hospitality food items to be donated! The bake sale is also in need of donations! Sign-ups for volunteer shifts are in Charms!

As a reminder, everyone is required to volunteer for this event. We will make every effort to give our volunteers the opportunity to watch while Mason is performing.

While we appreciate and are thankful to everyone who will be bringing hospitality and bake sale food items to the MSBA Championship, supplying food does not satisfy the requirement for volunteering time for the day. If you have any questions regarding the MSBA Championship, please contact competitions@masonbandboosters.com.

Wall2Wall Pick-up/Parking

Parents, there will be bus service available for students who need transportation from school to Wall2Wall. Please pick up your students at Wall2Wall. We ask that when picking up, you park in an actual spot instead of queuing up in line to wait for your student.

Students who drive, if you are able to pull through or back into a parking spot at Wall2Wall, it will make exiting the lot much easier. Thank you!

Booster Meeting this Thursday!

This is a reminder that there is a Booster Meeting this Thursday at 7:00 pm, in the Band Room. Grand Nationals will be discussed, and there will be a ballot vote on the proposed change to the Booster By-laws (details were provided in an email on October 6). Now Available: 2017 Tour Shirts!

Orders will be taken by Sticks & Stones Designs through next Thursday, November 2nd; shirts will be available for pick-up after rehearsal on Wednesday, November 8th. To order, please either email s.sdesigns@yahoo.com, or call 513-932-1935. Please note: Sticks & Stones will provide you with payment instruction once they receive your order!

Medication for Grand Nationals

If your student will need prescription or over the counter medication during our trip to Indianapolis, please carefully read the email shared on Friday from Lisa Oldham, our Medical Secretary. Please sign up in Charms for one of our Medication Drop Off events scheduled for either Wednesday, November 1st or Saturday, November 4th. If you have any questions, please send an email to Lisa at medicalsecretary@masonbandboosters.com.

Indianapolis Transportation Waiver

If your student will not be riding the bus with the Marching Band either to or home from Indianapolis for Grand Nationals, you must fill out and turn in a transportation waiver by Friday, November 3rd. Forms can submitted electronically to Lisa Oldham at medicalsecretary@masonbandboosters.com (preferred) or students can turn their form into one of the Directors. You can check if your form has been received by logging into Charms and selecting the 'Forms Collected' icon from the Home Screen.

If you are interested in a Mason Band Boosters Board position, or would like to nominate someone to run for a board position, please contact Shannon Walton at president@masonbandboosters.com.

As a reminder, the Board is comprised of the President, Vice President, Vice President of Fundraising, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Recording Secretary, Travel Secretary, and Public Information Officer.
