Band Notes for the week of November 6th, 2017

Parents, there will be bus service available for students who need transportation from school to Wall2Wall. Please pick up your students at Wall2Wall. We ask that when picking up, you park in an actual spot instead of queuing up in line to wait for your student.

Students who drive, if you are able to pull through or back into a parking spot at Wall2Wall, it will make exiting the lot much easier. Thank you!

Photo Buttons

If you ordered photo buttons in your individual portrait order from the day of the Invitational, Lisa Clabbers will have those buttons available to pass out at the end of band practice on Monday and Wednesday this week. We expect to receive the pictures from portrait orders soon and will have those ready to pass out at the Awards night, along with the panoramics. If you want your buttons before Grand Nationals, please have your band student or a parent find Lisa at Wall2Wall Monday or Wednesday at the end of practice. Lisa will also bring any unclaimed buttons to Grand Nationals, and she can be contacted at 513-317-4054 or photo@masonbandboosters.com to arrange meeting you.

Indianapolis Transportation Waiver

If your student will not be riding the bus with the Marching Band either to or home from Indianapolis for Grand Nationals, you should have already submitted a transportation waiver and received a confirmation email. You can check if your form has been received by logging into Charms and selecting the 'Forms Collected' icon from the Home Screen. If you have any questions, please send an email to Lisa Oldham at medicalsecretary@masonbandboosters.com.

Medication for Grand Nationals

All medication/forms for Grand Nationals should have already been submitted. If your student sees a doctor this week for a recent illness, please take a copy of the DMS form with you in case medication is prescribed. Please contact Lisa Oldham at medicalsecretary@masonbandboosters.com to make an appointment to drop off last minute medication/forms. Central OTC Medication for Grand Nationals

If your student has needed acetaminophen or ibuprofen in the past, please consider turning in a DMS form to allow your student access to our central supplies of these typical medications. The DMS form requires both a doctor's and parent's signature. We want your student to feel their best so please consider providing one of these forms for your student by sending an electronic copy to medicalsecretary@masonbandboosters.com by no later than noonon Wednesday.

Volunteers Needed: Fall Fundraiser Pick-up

We need volunteers to help with our Fall Fundraiser pick up on Thursday 11/30 from either 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm or 5:30 pm - 9:15 pm.

The 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm shift will be to help unload and organize the products to get ready for pick up. The 5:30 pm - 9:15 pm shift will be to help distribute the orders to the band students.
