Band Notes for the week of April 16, 2018

Our next Dine and Donate is this Tuesday at Chipotle on Mason-Montgomery Road, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.Please present the attached flyer, and Mason Band Boosters will receive 50% of your purchase!! Donations will not be made on call-ahead or online orders.

Fall Guard Auditions This Week

Tryouts will be held Monday, April 16th – Thursday, April 19th, 3-6pm at MHS, large commons.

Students should plan on attending all tryout days for best chance of making the fall team.
A large number of students are expected to audition for a limited number of fall guard positions
All students wishing to audition will need to submit the Google Audition form before attending on Monday, April 16th https://goo.gl/forms/uJ1aaqxBaUvgcfcC2
A Permission to Audition form will also need to be printed, signed by a parent and turned in before being considered for a spot on the fall guard: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwbdeS16IG8WdG9uQUg4SUNNb21lMVhQSVFTSEFhQy1nOGo4/view?usp=sharing
Students that have unpaid Marching Band or Winter Guard fees, must pay their fees or make arrangements with a director before you are offered a spot on the 2018 Guard.

2018 Flower Sale!

Our annual flower sale is now under way. Continue to collect orders through April 27th.

Product Guides and Order Forms are located on the band website under NEWS.

Orders must be turned in to the band directors or placed in the dropbox NO LATER THAN Friday, April 27th!

Flower pick-up will be on Saturday, May 12th. If you have any questions, please contact Shannon Walton at springsale@masonbandboosters.com.

After Prom: Donations & Help Decorating

Photo Book Pick-up, 4/24

If you have paid for your 2017 photo book, and were unable to get it during the Booster Parent Meeting, they will be available for pick up outside the HS Band Room on Tuesday, April 24 between 6:30 pm and 7:00 pm.
