Please Read over this information and let Mr. Jackson know if you have questions. The first rehearsal for Commencement Band is Connect this upcoming week, so be sure to sign up for Mr. Jackson’s session.

Recital Night
Congratulations to everyone that participated in concert band Recital Night! Be sure to see a band director if you haven’t received your Certificate or your Comment Sheet from the Adjudicator. Be sure to take your comment sheet to your next lesson with your lessons teacher, as they like to review these with you.
REMINDERS

Senior Banner Photos + New Senior Products!
For BOTH graduating and rising seniors! Because there are multiple new products this year to decorate your graduation celebrations, the form is open to THIS year’s graduates as well.
For rising seniors, it’s time to schedule your senior banner portrait appointment! This year’s portraits will be after the first day of Mini Band Camp, Tuesday, May 27!
(For some students, now is a good time to decide if you want your hair revert to its natural color or if you are going for a statement look. We have students decide either way, but let it be a deliberate choice with no regrets.)
Order deadline for graduating seniors is April 20 to have products back before graduation.
Scheduling deadline for rising seniors is May 20. Order early if you want a specific appointment time!

MB Instrumentalist Uniform Sizings - Sign Up in BoosterHub
It’s time for Marching Band Competition Uniform Sizing for instrumentalists. This allows us to get everyone’s current size to order Competition Uniforms as it takes some time to get them in. This is important for all instrumental marching band members (not color guard) who intend to march in the fall. Please sign up on BoosterHub for a volunteer slot (you aren’t volunteering, just signing for your time slot). If parents sign up their marcher, please put the marcher’s name in the comments. There will be samples of summer uniforms, shoes, and jackets to try on that day as well.
Sign up on BoosterHub:
- Rising Freshmen: If you missed Saturday, please sign up for the sizings this week.
- Rising Upperclassmen: April 15-17 from 5:30-8:30
Note that there will be two additional fittings (trying on the actual uniforms for any adjustments) later in the season - one for Classic uniforms and one for Competition uniforms.
Color Guard uniform sizings and fittings will be done separately. Look for information coming soon.
Please contact the Uniform Crew at uniforms@masonbandboosters.com if you have any questions or concerns.

After Prom - Volunteer Slots Live
Each year, Mason Band Boosters sponsors the Temporary Tattoo Parlor at Mason’s After Prom. The event this year is on Saturday, May 3.
This year’s theme is “Decades,” and our booth is the ‘70s, so our station will be extra groovy this year!
As always, we can’t provide this incredible experience for our students without your help. You can donate temporary tattoos for the booth here.
We are also looking for volunteers to work the event. It’s a late night, but a ton of fun for both students and volunteers! The After Prom Committee is expecting record attendance this year, and we always have long lines of students waiting to receive their tattoos. We need your help! Signups for volunteer shifts are now live in BoosterHub.
