9/15 - Heritage Parade

Saturday is a busy day for the band! We have a parade, group pictures in uniform, and rehearsal. See below for more info:

SCHEDULE OVERVIEW

8:00AM Band Room open to retrieve instruments

9:00AM Meet in Staging Area 7 for warm up (see below for details)

10:00AM Parade Begins

10:30AM Parade Ends at Mason High School

10:30-11:15AM Change into Uniforms

11:15-12:30AM Students walk to the Stadium for panoramic picture, section pictures, and senior group picture

12:45PM-1:30PM Lunch

1:30PM-5:00PM Rehearsal

SCHEDULE DETAILS

At 8:00AM the Band Room will be open for students to retrieve their instruments for the parade. Students may also choose to take their instrument home on Friday and then report directly to the Staging Area 7 on Saturday.

Heritage Parade warm up will be at Staging Area 7. Students should be dropped off at St.Susanna parking lot, and then walk north on Rt.42 until you arrive at Staging Area 7. Be watching Remind on Saturday morning for exact warm up locations for individual sections.

On Saturday after the parade, we will take our annual full band panoramic picture, section pictures, and senior group picture. More information will be emailed from our boosters on how to order pictures.

UNIFORM

Students will be wearing their Summer Uniform for the parade.This includes: Mason Bands Green Polo, Khaki Bermuda Shorts (knee-length), Dark Belt, White Socks, and White Tennis Shoes.

Students will also need everything required to dress in full uniform for the panoramic picture after the parade.

So recapping clothing for the day: Students will need Summer Uniform in the morning. Proper under uniform attire for when we change into full uniform. And also rehearsal clothes for the afternoon.

LUNCH

Feed the Band will be providing Jets pizza and salads for lunch on Saturday.
