President

President: Bob Johnson

The president is the chief officer and spokesperson for the Mason Band Boosters.  The president presides over all meetings of the Executive committee and general membership. The president is responsible for ensuring that all committee tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner. The President is responsible for overseeing the following committees:band camp and food support.



Vice President

Vice President: Danita Enouen

The vice president learns the functions and processes of the board as well as the duties of the President. The vice president acts for the President when he/she is unable to perform the duties of the office and assumes the office of the President if the office is vacated and serves for the remainder of the elected term. The Vice President is responsible for overseeing the following committees: Sponsorship, Concert uniforms, marching band uniforms.



Vice President, Fundraising

The vice president of fund raising is responsible for developing and executing all major fundraising events for the Band program. The VP of Fundraising is responsible for overseeing the following committees: tag day, car wash, fall sale, spring sale and dine and donate.


Secretary

The secretary is responsible for keeping the minutes of all Executive and General membership meetings. The secretary reserves facilities for booster meetings, band functions and all band or booster activities. The secretary is responsible for overseeing the following committees: charms, and after prom.


Treasurer

Treasurer: William K. (Will) Grace

The treasurer is responsible for receiving and holding all funds of the general booster account and for its safekeeping and accounting. The treasurer keeps an itemized account of receipts and expenditures of the booster group. The treasurer prepares written monthly financial reports for the Executive Committee and files necessary reports to meet the legal requirements of the Internal Revenue Service. The treasurer is responsible for overseeing the following committees: competitions, Music For All Festival and audit and finance.


Assistant Treasurer

The assistant treasurer assists the Treasurer in the performance of his/her duties. The Asst. Treasurer is responsible for overseeing the following committees: awards night, senior night and concessions.


Travel Secretary

The travel secretary makes all needed travel arrangements. The travel secretary works closely with the directors to determine the needs for buses, hotels, food, etc. for band trips. The travel secretary is responsible for overseeing the following committees: chaperones, pit crew and color guard.


Public Information Officer

The public information officer oversees all forms of media that relate to any public information for the band. This includes but is not limited to social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and website content. The public information officer maintains relationships with the MCS administration and the Mason community. The public information officer is responsible for overseeing the following committees: new member development, photography, spirit and tech support/website.
