Flower Sale!

 

Our annual flower sale is now under way! Product Guides and Order Forms are  located on the band website under NEWS.


Orders must be turned in to the band directors or placed in the dropbox NO LATER THAN this Friday, April 27th!


Flower pick-up will be on Saturday, May 12th. If you have any questions, please contact Shannon Walton at: springsale@masonbandboosters.com.

 

 

 

Photo Book Pick-up, 4/24

 

If you have paid for your 2017 photo book, and were unable to get it during the Booster Parent Meeting, they will be available for pick up outside the HS Band Room this Tuesday, April 24, between 6:30 pm and 7:00 pm.

 

 

 

Marching Band Payment

 

The next Marching Band payment, listed as “Mini Band Camp Payment” on the commitment form, is due this Friday, April 27th.

 

 

 

The payment can be made on ezPay (through Friday) or with a check made out to “Mason City Schools.” Please email a Director if you have any questions.

 

 

 

2018 Marching Band Registration

 

Registration for students participating in Marching Band begins April 28th and must be complete by May 13th. This includes both Charms and Final Forms online systems as well as new Health & Well Being forms. Registration information will be covered at the New Member meeting on April 28th and we have 2 additional Registration Information Sessions scheduled on Thursday, May 3rd and Saturday, May 12th. We strongly encourage at least one parent/guardian to attend any one of these sessions that best fits your schedule. There are a number of changes to the registration process this year including new forms for student Health & Well Being, Updates to Central Medications, and a new requirement this year for student physicals. Chromebooks will be available at each session (or bring your own device) so you can complete your online registration.

 

 

 

Marching Band Registration Information Sessions:

 

Saturday April 28th (during New Member meeting 9:00-11:00 am)

 

Thursday May 3rd 6:30-7:30 pm (location TBD)

 

Saturday May 12th 10:00-11:00 am (location TBD)


Car Wash, 5/5

 

The carwash will take place Saturday, May 5th from 10am-4pm, rain or shine.  It is required that all students involved in marching band participate. Student sign-ups are in the Band Room.

 

 

 

We will also need parents to supervise at each location. Each location has 3 available time slots for Parents to choose from.  Parents can sign up now on Charms.
