Final Forms Registration

Thank you to everyone who has completed their Final Forms online registration. We still have about 70 parents who need to complete the Final Forms process. Students will not be allowed to participate in Mini Band Camp until their Final Forms registration is completed.

Please refer to the Mason Bands website for detailed instructions and help guides for online registration:  Your students are very digitally savvy, so ask for their help and do it together since they need to complete the process too!

Medication Drop Off for Mini Band Camp

If your student will need prescription or over the counter medication during Mini Band Camp, please sign up in Charms for an appointment to meet with a Band Aid to drop off medication.


Medication Drop Off will be:

  • Friday, May 19th from 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

  • Saturday, May 20th from 10:00 am - 11:00 am


Please refer to the Mason Bands website under the section ‘Optional Medical Forms’ for more information about our process for managing medication and the required forms.


Please note that all medication (prescription and over the counter) requires a DMS form (Link) and this form must have both a parent and doctor’s signature.  As always, please make a copy of your student’s forms for your records before your turn them in.

Show Your Mason Marching Band Spirit!

How fun will it be for the kids to know they are visiting another band member's house when they ring doorbells on July 29th for Tag Day?

The Spirit committee is pleased to announce the Mason Marching Band Yard Sign store is now open online:

Signs are $18 for non personalized, $22 for personalized and will be available for pickup at the Booster Meeting/Dessert social on July 25th.

The deadline for orders is Midnight, July 1st.


Late orders will not be accepted and these signs will be made to order so we won't have extra. Don't miss out, order your yard sign today!

Grand Nationals Information

Cindy Richie, Travel Secretary, provided two documents to those in attendance at the May 4th Booster Meeting, and the May 13th New Member Meeting. These documents provide general Grand Nationals travel information, as well as the Music Travel Consultants payment installment schedule, and have been added to the News section of our website,
